 Bahçeşehir district, or as it is known as (Garden City). It was opened for housing for the first time by the Department of Collective Housing of the Turkish Presidency of the Council of Ministers. On the educational level, there are a large number of schools of different stages in the region. In addition to Arab schools such as Al-Fayez International School, it also contains  Bahçeşehir University, which is one of the most important universities in Turkey.

In the health sector,  Bahçeşehir includes a local hospital. It also includes the German Specialist Hospital and a health club affiliated to the region’s municipality. The Transportation Authority in Istanbul has provided many means of transportation that link  Bahçeşehir with other regions of Istanbul, such as buses of various sizes, in addition to taxis. The authority is currently working on opening a subway metro line to be ready in 2021.
